About Michael Stone

Michael Stone is a budding British Sci-fi author.

Michael has always enjoyed science fiction, both in books and films. He has long held a dream of one day writing his own sci-fi novel.

In 2010 Michael completed his first novel ‘The Kurtainians, Alliances’. This is the first in a planned series of books based around an alien race known as the Kurtainians.

Michael Stone has a unique perspective for sci-fi novels and his book ‘The Kurtainians, Alliances’ does not have a humanoid character as the centre of the story. In fact there are no humans in the story until about halfway through the book. Although some would criticise this as a break from the convention, Michael has stuck with the original story and hopes you will enjoy this quirky individuality to his Kurtainian books.

Michael Stone continues to write in his spare time between his voluntary work and his career as a health and safety professional. All of Michael Stone’s sci-fi books to date are available on Amazon Kindle, with further details and links being found in the books section of this website.
